摘要:
为分析邢台和秦皇岛地区致蛋鸡卵黄性腹膜炎大肠杆菌(E.coli)分离株的分子分群情况及耐药表型和耐药基因型之间的相关性,本研究采用PCR法和96孔板微量肉汤稀释法分别对临床分离的42株致鸡卵黄性腹膜炎E.coli的系统进化分群、耐药基因和12种抗菌药物耐药表型进行检测。结果显示,42株分离菌株中属于A、B1、B2、D群的分别有7株、9株、14株、12株,以B2+D群流行为主;42株分离菌株对12种抗菌药物耐药性严重且呈现多重耐药性,其中对阿莫西林-克拉维酸、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、多西环素等9种药物耐药率在45.24 %以上,对其它药物耐药率在19.04 %~38.10 %,耐12种、9种抗菌药物分离菌株最多,分别占分离菌株的19.05 %、16.67 %;42株分离菌株中耐药基因tetA、Sul1、TEM、Sul2、mcr-1、floR、SHV、tetR检出率在59.52 %以上,其它耐药基因检出率为14.29 %~38.10 %;ESBLs类、四环素类、喹诺酮类、头孢菌素类、磺胺类、多肽类和酰胺醇类7类抗菌药物的耐药表型和耐药基因型符合率在52.6 %以上,其中酰胺醇类、多肽类的耐药表型与耐药基因型符合率为100 %。本实验为致蛋鸡卵黄性腹膜炎E.coli防控及临床用药提供参考。
  
Abstract:
To analyze the phylogenetic groups, the correlation between drug resistance phenotypes and drug resistance genotypes of E.coli isolates causing salpingoperitonitis in layer chicken in Xingtai and Qinhuangdao area, forty-two salpingoperitonitis E.coli isolates were included and, PCR and 96-well plate microbroth dilution methods were used. The results showed that there were 7, 9, 14, and 12 strains belonging to group A, B1, B2, and D, respectively, and the predominant groups were B2 + D. Drug resistance of the 42 isolates to 12 antimicrobial agents was severe. Among them, the drug resistance occurence to 9 drugs such as amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, sulfamethoxazole, and doxycycline was more than 45.24%, while the drug resistance occurence to other drugs ranged from 19.04% to 38.10%. Isolates resistant to 12 or 9 antibiotics were the most prevalent, accounting for 19.05% and 16.67% of all isolates, respectively. Among the 42 isolates, detection rates of the resistance genes tetA, Sul1, TEM, Sul2, mcr-1, floR, SHV, ortetR were more than 59.52%, whereas that of other drug resistance genes ranged from 14.29% to 38.10%. The coorelations of drug resistance phenotypes and genotypes of ESBLs, tetracyclines, quinolones, cephalosporins, sulfonamides, polypeptides and amidols were more than 52.6%, The coorelations of drug resistance phenotypes and genotypes of amidols and polypeptides were 100%. Therefore, these data provide valuable information for the prevention and control of E.coli isolates causing layer chicken salpingoperitonitis and drug selection in clinical settings.
