摘要:
为评价一株戊糖片球菌BL-1对小鼠生长性能及免疫功能的影响,本研究选用体质量20 g左右的断奶雌性昆明小鼠灌服戊糖片球菌BL-1菌液,通过测定实验小鼠日均增重、料重比、淋巴细胞转化、脾脏及胸腺指数、十二指肠及空肠形态发育、肠道内SIgA和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能等指标,评价该乳酸菌对小鼠生长性能及免疫功能的影响。结果显示:戊糖片球菌BL-1能显著提高小鼠的生长性能、脾脏指数及胸腺指数(p<0.05)、增强外周血T淋巴细胞的增殖反应、促进十二指肠形态发育和肠道内SIgA的分泌;对空肠形态发育和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬无显著影响(p>0.05)。本研究结果表明山羊源戊糖片球菌BL-1能有效提高实验小鼠的生长性能和免疫功能,是一株优良的益生菌候选菌株。
 
Abstract:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of a strain of Pediococcus pentosaceus BL-1 on growth performance and immune function in mice. The weaned female Kunming mice with an average weight of 20g were fed with the P.pentosaceus. The results showed that, the growth performance, spleen index and thymus index of mice were significantly increased (p<0.05), and the proliferation of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood was enhanced, the development of duodenum and the secretion of SIgA in the intestine were boosted.  However, the development of jejunum and phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages were not significantly promoted. Thus, in this experiment, the P.pentosaceus strain was proved to be able to effectively improve the growth performance and immune function of the experimental mice, it is an promising candidate probiotic strain.
