摘要:
为了解新疆地区羊泰勒虫的感染情况,本研究在新疆阿勒泰地区、巴州地区和哈密地区随机采集山羊和绵羊血样(679份),对其进行18S rRNA PCR检测及其基因序列比对分析。结果显示,新疆阿勒泰地区、巴州地区和哈密地区羊泰勒虫病阳性率分别为23.3 % (63/270)、7.63 % (12/163)和5 % (12/246),且均为绵羊泰勒虫病;基于18S rRNA基因序列比对分析,显示分离的虫株与新疆喀什、土耳其分离的虫株同源性为99.8 %;系统发育进化树分析显示,分离株同喀什株、土耳其株、伊拉克株进化关系一致,与坦桑尼亚株、苏丹株、法国株、西班牙株进化关系相差较远。本试验结果表明,新疆阿勒泰地区、巴州地区及哈密地区均存在绵羊泰勒虫的感染情况,本研究结果为新疆羊泰勒虫病综合防控奠定基础。
  
Abstract:
To understand the infection situation of ovine and caprine theileriosis in Xinjiang, 679 sheep blood samples collected from Altay, Bazhou and Hami were detected through PCR and gene sequence alignment was performed. The results showed that the positive rates of ovine and caprine theileriosis were 23.3% (63/270) in Altay, 7.63% (12/163) in Bazhou and 5% (12/246) in Hami. By analyzing the 18S rRNA gene sequences found that the nucleotide homologies of the isolates, Kashi isolates in Xinjiang and Turkey isolates were all 99.8%. The phylogenetic tree base on the 18S rRNA gene sequences showed that the Xinjiang isolates were closely related to other strains from Kashgar, Turkey, Iraq, but was not to those from Tanzania, Spain, France, and Sudan. This study showed that the theileriosis infection existed in ovine and caprine in Altay, Bazhou and Hami of Xinjiang, and the infected theileria species in sheep was T.ovis. This study lays the foundation for the comprehensive prevention and control of Taylor’s disease in sheep of Xinjiang.
