摘要:
为对从四川眉山发病的杂交鲶分离的一株优势菌株(MS20150925)进行鉴定,并筛选敏感药物,本研究首先经人工感染试验显示该菌株可以导致杂交鲶的皮肤溃疡和脏器出血,与采集标本症状一致;根据该菌株的生理生化特性和16S rRNA基因测序与系统发育树构建对该菌株进行了鉴定;分别采用平板扩散法和二倍稀释法测定了抗生素和中药单体对该菌株的体外抑菌活性,并研究了抗生素与天然化合物的联合抑菌作用。结果显示,该菌株为维氏气单胞菌,其对氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星、磺胺异噁唑等药物较为敏感,对多西环素、新霉素、诺氟沙星、青霉素、阿奇霉素等药物耐药。联合药敏试验结果显示,新霉素、多西环素与二氢杨梅素具有协同抑菌作用(FICI<0.5)。以上研究表明,分离株MS20150925对杂交鲶具有致病性且为多重耐药菌,二氢杨梅素与新霉素或多西环素的复方制剂可以作为治疗该病的候选药物,联合用药可以降低抗生素的治疗剂量,对于降低抗生素残留和延长药物使用寿命有重要意义。
