摘要:
为了解河南及其周边省份猪链球菌的流行情况,本研究对2011年~2015年间从河南及其周边省份2 521份发病猪的肺脏等病料样品进行链球菌的分离及血清型鉴定,同时对分离其它常见共感染菌进行鉴定统计分析。链球菌的总分离率30.6 % (772/2521),不同年份的分离率介于23.5 %~45.5 %,血清型鉴定2型最为常见,其次为7型、9型。链球菌最常见的共感染菌依次是副猪嗜血杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌等。由此表明,在河南及其周边省份的猪群中,链球菌为肺部感染猪群中分离率最高的细菌性病原,且与其它病原菌的共感染情况非常严重。
  
Abstract:
To investigate the prevalence of Streptococcus suis in Henan and its surrounding provinces, the serotypes of Streptococcus isolated from 2521 samples of diseased pigs from the regions during 2011 to 2015 were identified. At the same time, the isolation of other common co-infection bacteria was identified and statistically analyzed. The total isolation rate of Streptococcus was 30.6% (772/2521), and the isolation rate ranged from 23.5% to 45.5% in different years. Among the strains investigated, serotype 2 was the most prevalent, followed by serotype 7 and serotype 9. The most common co-infection bacteria with Streptococcus suis was Haemophilus parasuis, followed by Escherichia coli and Pasteurella multocida and so on. The infection of swine caused by Streptococcus from affected lung samples, which is often accompanied with other co-infection bacterial species, was very prevalent in swine herds in Henan province and its surrounding provinces of China.
