摘要:
为研究猪病毒性腹泻弱毒疫苗与灭活疫苗联合使用的免疫效果,本实验应用“猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)-猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)-猪轮状病毒(PoRV)三联弱毒疫苗”和“PEDV-TGEV二联灭活疫苗”对100头妊娠母猪和所产140头仔猪进行不同免疫,在不同日龄对仔猪前腔静脉采血并离心取上清,利用直接ELISA方法测定其免疫抗体滴度。结果表明,妊娠母猪于产前40 d首次免疫和产前20 d二次免疫,所产仔猪3日龄滴鼻接种三联弱毒疫苗,28日龄二次免疫和65日龄三次免疫后14 d,抗体滴度开始上升。通过本实验基本分析猪病毒性腹泻疫苗母源抗体和免疫抗体水平的消长规律,为猪病毒性腹泻疫苗免疫程序提供理论参考。
  
Abstract:
To evaluate the immune efficacy of attenuated and inactivated vaccines against porcine viral diarrhea, the 100 pregnant sows and 140 piglets were immunized with "porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)-transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) -porcine rotavirus (PoRV) triple live vaccine" and "PEDV -TGEV two combined inactivated vaccine". Blood samples were collected from anterior vena cava of piglets at different ages, and the titer of the antibody was determined by direct ELISA method. The sows were first immunized at 40 days before birth and second immunized at 20 days before birth. The piglets produced by the immunized sow were nasal inoculated with triple attenuated vaccine at the age of 3 days, 28 days, 65 days. The result showed that 14 days after the third immunization at 65 days old, the antibody titers in piglets were upward. The changes of maternal antibody and immune antibody levels in swine induced by swine viral diarrhea vaccine were analyzed by this experiment,which  provided an experimental reference for the immunization program of swine viral diarrhea vaccine.
