摘要:
 为研究东北及华北地区猪弓形体感染情况,本研究于2015年4月~5月采集4个省20个猪场的491份血清样品进行猪弓形体血清抗体的检测。结果表明黑龙江、辽宁、河北及山西的弓形体阳性率分别为63.24 %、52.55 %、50.92 %及45.45 %,平均为50.51 %。分胎次统计,4省3~5次经产母猪(S3-5)及6胎次及以上经产母猪(S6+)的弓形体抗体阳性率相比后备猪群(G),均极显著上升(p<0.01),华北两省的S3-5及S6+组相比1~2胎次经产母猪(S1-2)组,阳性率也极显著上升(p<0.01),但东北两省差异不显著(p>0.05)。抗体亲和力指数检测结果显示,4省高亲和力抗体样品数比例均在70 %以上,平均为77.82%,低亲和力抗体平均为6.85 %。除黑龙江外,S6+的高亲和力指数的比例(92 %~100 %)相比G组以及S1-2组(40 %~63.64 %),均极显著上升(p<0.01),但与S3-5 (77.78 %~88.24 %)相比差异均不显著(p>0.05)。该调查结果表明猪弓形体在我国东北和华北地区的猪场依然普遍存在,对猪场进行弓形体的防治非常必要。
Abstract:
 In order to investigate the epidemiology Toxoplasma gondii in North China and Northeast China, a total of 491 pig serum samples were collected from 20 farms in 4 provinces during April to May in 2015. The samples were then divided into different groups according to the number of the pig birth, gilts (G), primiparous to 2 multiparous sows (S1-2), 3 to 5 multiparous sows (S3-5) and 6 or more than 6 multiparous sows (S6+) for detection of the antibody using ELISA. The data showed the serum positive rates for Toxoplasma were 63.24%, 52.55%, 50.92% and 45.45% in Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Hebei and Shanxi provinces, respectively. In addition, the serum positive rates in the group S3-5 and S6+ were higher in all the four provinces when compared to group G (p<0.01). The positive rate of the antibody in group S3-5 and S6+ were also significantly higher than that in S1-2 (p<0.05) in the two provinces of North China. However, there was no significant difference compared with other two provinces of Northeast China (p>0.05). The average rate of high avidity index was 77.82%, and the low avidity index was 6.85%. The average rate of high avidity index of S6+ (92% to 100%) was significantly higher than group G and group S1-2 (40% to 63.64%) (p<0.01),except in Heilongjiang (p>0.05), but when compared to S3-5, there was no significant difference (p>0.05). Conclusively, our data demonstrated that the Toxoplasma infection remains an existing problem in China.
