摘要:
 为调查上海及周边地区猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)流行情况,本研究对2004~2012年上海及周边地区的健康猪内脏、血清以及发病猪病例进行了回顾调查、病料收集及检测。结果显示,130份屠宰场健康猪内脏样品中PRRSV阳性率为4.62 %,1 499份发病猪内脏样品中PRRSV阳性率为38.76 %,阳性率较高的月份相对集中在5~9月份,占全年56.59 %。2006年检测到变异株(HP-PRRSV),并呈逐年上升趋势,自2009年,PRRS阳性病例中HP-PRRSV超过50 %,成为PRRS中的优势病毒株,至2012年已达到64 %。上海地区PRRS病例中88.8 %为混合感染,并且病征复杂,主要表现为高热、食欲下降、呼吸困难、部分妊娠母猪流产。此外,还存在神经症状、腹泻等消化道症状。自2009年上海地区猪场开始普遍使用HP-PRRS弱毒疫苗,PRRSV在临床病例中的检出率由2009年的53.69 %逐年下降,2012年已下降至22.3 %。本研究为PRRS的科学防控提供了数据支持。
Abstract:
 To investigate the prevalence of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) in Shanghai and surrounding area, the cases of infected pigs from 2004 to 2012 were retrospectively investigated and the organs of infected pigs were collected and tested. The results showed that the PRRSV positive rate of the samples of clinical healthy pig internal organs from slaughter house was 4.62% (6/130). The positive rate was 38.76% in the 1,499 cases of infected pigs, and the high positive rate of the month was relatively concentrated in May to September accounting for 56.59%. The highly pathogenic PRRSV (HP-PRRSV) was emeraged in 2006 (23.53%) and increased dramatically afterward. The HP-PRRSV exceeded 50% in the PRRS cases since 2009, became the major prevalence virus of PRRSV, and reach to 64% in 2012. The major type of PRRS was co-infection, accounting for 88.8%. High fever, loss of appetite, breathing difficulty, abortion were the major clinical characteristics. Then the pig farms in Shanghai started to use HP-PRRS attenuated vaccine, in 2009, and the PRRSV rate declined from 53.69% in 2009 to 22.3% in 2012. Theses data provided reference for efficient control of PRRS.
