摘要:
 为了解新疆塔里木盆地驴感染圆形亚科线虫情况,本研究于2012年7月至2013年5月对该地区的252头驴进行了取样调查,依据虫体形态学对分离的圆形亚科线虫进行分类及流行率情况研究,并根据不同年龄阶段宿主感染这些寄生虫的种群组成进行统计学分析。结果显示,塔里木盆地驴感染圆形亚科线虫3属9种,以普通圆线虫为优势虫种(86.5 %),其余8种均为卫星种。不同年龄阶段的驴感染圆形亚科线虫种类差异极显著(p<0.01),普通圆线虫、锯齿状三齿线虫、小三齿线虫和日本三齿线虫可以感染各种年龄阶段的驴,小于1岁驴感染种类最少,2岁~3岁驴感染2种以上圆形亚科线虫的种类最多,感染率也最高。
Abstract:
 To investigate of the Strongylina prevalence in Tarim basin of Xinjiang, the samples were collected from 252 donkeys in the area during July 2012 to May 2013 and the Strongylinae species  were investigated and identified. The results indicated that the  included 3 genus and 9 species of Strongylinae were identified in the donkeys, of which S.vulgaris was dominant (86.5%) and the other 8 subspecies were satellite Strongylinae. There was significant difference in the number of infected nematodes among age groups (p<0.01). S.vulgaris, T.serratus, T.minor and T.nipponicus were found to infect donkeys in all age groups. Donkeys under 1 year were infected with less nematode species, 2-3 year old donkeys were likely infected with more species and more nematodes.
