摘要:
为筛选乌鳢(Channa argus)抗维氏气单胞菌(A.veronii)相关基因信息,本研究利用抑制性消减杂交(SSH)技术,构建A.veronii感染乌鳢头肾消减 cDNA文库,经鉴定和测序,共获得202条差异表达序列标签(EST),其中,73个序列未检索到同源性,其余129条序列按可能功能共分为6大类,免疫相关基因序列25条,占总数的13 %。该研究结果为探索乌鳢抗A.veronii感染的分子机理奠定了基础。
Abstract:
To screen the genes related to anti-Aeromonas veronii of Channa argus, a subtracted cDNA Library of C.argus’ head-kidney was constructed using suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) in this study. A total of 202 differentially displayed cDNA fragments (expressed sequence tag, EST) were identified and sequenced, of which 73 were not retrieved significant homologous sequences and the remaining 129 were divided into six major categories according to their possible functions. 25 sequences (13%) were immune-related genes. The results provided further study on molecular mechanism of C.argus against A.veronii infections.
