摘要:
通过对3株沙门氏菌在不同条件下的诱导,确定沙门氏菌进入VBNC状态的条件,为进一步研究VBNC状态的发生机制奠定基础。以改变沙门氏菌培养环境为主,设计11种条件对3株沙门氏菌进行诱导培养,同时观察其可培养菌数的变化及荧光图像的变化。确定标准株S1在LB液体培养基4 ℃需氧培养到55 d时可培养菌数降为零,同时菌体变为球杆菌,可认为其进入VBNC状态。
Abstract:
To study the mechanism of the viable but non-culturable (VBNC) state, the conditions for inducing VBNC state of three Salmonella strains were established. Salmonella were cultured under different culture conditions and the bacteria numbers and the fluorescence image change was monitored. The S1 strain was considered entering the VBNC state when culturable number reduced to zero and the mycelium becomes the coccobacillus after cultured in the LB liquid media at 4 ℃ in the presence of oxygen for 55 days.
